Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using any part of Domain 360 — including the dashboard, the free WHOIS Lookup, Domain Availability, DNS Lookup, SSL Certificate Checker, Subdomain Finder, and Email Domain Intelligence tools — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Domain 360 is a domain tracking and lookup platform. It lets you monitor domain expiry dates, receive renewal reminders, and run free lookup tools that read public domain registration data (WHOIS records, DNS records, SSL certificate data, and related public information).
Domain 360 does not sell, register, transfer, or renew domain names, and is not a domain registrar or accredited registry. Any domain management action (renewal, transfer, DNS changes) must be performed directly with your registrar.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or are used for unlawful activity.
4. Free tools and data accuracy
The WHOIS, DNS, SSL, subdomain, and email intelligence tools pull data from public third-party sources (registries, registrars, and DNS/SSL infrastructure). This data can be incomplete, delayed, redacted for privacy, or occasionally inaccurate — Domain 360 does not control it and makes no guarantee of its accuracy or availability.
Do not rely on these tools as the sole basis for legal, financial, or security decisions about a domain. Always verify critical information directly with the relevant registrar or registry.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Domain 360 to scrape or bulk-harvest data in violation of a registry’s or registrar’s acceptable use policy, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to use the tools for any unlawful purpose, including stalking, harassment, or unauthorized access to systems.
6. Plans and billing
Domain 360 offers a free Starter plan and paid Pro and Agency plans. Paid plan prices and features are listed on the Pricing page and may change with notice. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Termination
You may stop using Domain 360 and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Domain 360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that reminders will always be delivered, or that third-party domain data will always be accurate or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domain 360 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including a lapsed or lost domain — arising from use of the service. Domain expiry reminders are a convenience feature, not a substitute for your registrar’s own renewal notices.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use of Domain 360 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@domain360.site or via the Contact page.
