When you create a Domain 360 account, we collect your email address, the domains you add for tracking, and your notification preferences. When you use the free WHOIS, DNS, SSL, subdomain, or email intelligence lookup tools, we process the domain or query you enter to return public registration data — we do not require an account to use these tools.

We also collect standard technical data automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, through server logs and analytics tools, for security and to understand how the site is used.

2. How we use your information

Account data is used to operate the dashboard, send domain expiry reminders to the email you specify, and provide customer support. We never sell your personal data or your tracked domain list to advertisers or any third party.

Technical and usage data helps us fix bugs, improve page performance, and understand which tools and articles are useful to visitors.

3. Cookies and advertising

Domain 360 uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality (keeping you logged in, remembering preferences) and, on some pages, to serve advertising through Google AdSense.
