Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever with no credit card required. You can track up to 15 domains with full access to the dashboard, WHOIS lookup, expiry calendar, and domain availability checker.

What happens if I exceed my domain limit?

You will be prompted to upgrade when you reach your plan limit. Your existing domains remain tracked and accessible — you just cannot add new ones until you upgrade or remove some.

How does billing work for paid plans?

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you revert to the free Starter plan and retain access to your first 15 domains.

Can I manage domains for multiple clients?

Yes. The Pro plan includes client domain tagging so you can organise domains by client. The Agency plan adds unlimited domains, 5 team seats, and a client portal for sharing domain status with clients.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid plan, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
